PRODUCT INFORMATION & ORDERS

1. Prices of Products and associated charges displayed on the LOULOU website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer from you to enter into an agreement with us.
3. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

1. We do not refund for incorrect choices and/or wrong sizes chosen, however we gladly exchange or issue a credit note in the tender of the original purchase minus current delivery charge.
2. We do exchange on SALE items.
3. Exchanges of merchandise are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon the time elapse, products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the Products accordingly.
4. Where an exchange is made, the customer must contact LOULOU prior to sending the parcel back as well as advising the registered postage tracking number.
5. Exchanges must be of the same or greater than value of original purchases.
6. Customers must pay for registered postage to send item/s back to mail order centre on "change of mind" purchases.
7. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order for a full refund before the Product is dispatched.
8. Refund will be given only in the instance of manufacturer's fault and not due to general 'wear and tear'.

FAULTY GOODS

1. LOULOU will not accept returns where there is no evidence manufacturer’s defect; and or damages that arise from Accidents; Misuse; Wear and Tear; and Modified goods.
2. Subject to the conditions set out below, if you establish to our reasonable satisfaction that any Products are not in accordance with these Terms or are defective, your sole remedy shall be limited (as LOULOU may elect) to the replacement of the Products or refund to you of the purchase price and any delivery costs or, where sums are owed by you to us, the issue of a credit note or a credit card account refund against return of the Products. If we require you to return the Products that are defective to us we shall reimburse your reasonable postage cost of returning them. These remedies are subject to the following conditions:
   1. the claim is made in writing to LOULOU within three (2) month after Acceptance, or such other period as may be indicated by us for specific Products from time to time;
   2. the Products or parts to which the claim relates are returned to LOULOU within that period suitably packaged and carriage-paid.

DELIVERY

1. Postage within Australia is $15.00 per item.
2. LOULOU does NOT deliver to PO BOX. We require a signature upon delivery (i.e. Business Hours). Please amend delivery address to be a street address (i.e. work) at checkout.
3. Orders will be delivered to customers within 2-5 days (excluding Public Holidays) of the customer placing the order. LOULOU uses courier companies such as Fastway Courier hence cannot guarantee delivery timeframes to customers. However, if there is any delay in delivery, we will notify you of this and give you a new delivery time. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered from a late delivery.
4. All deliveries will be sent with a Tracking Number. Risk and title in the Product will pass to you upon you, and or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the Product.
5. LOULOU does not accept responsibility for items shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Re-direction/re-deliver will incur a $15 charge.
6. LOULOU does not accept any responsibility for duty taxes which may be incurred for mail order deliveries to New Zealand and all other countries.

SALE ITEMS

1. No Refund will be granted for ‘Sale Items’.
2. Exchanges or Credit Note are available on ‘change of mind’ purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
3. Receipt or proof of purchase is required with all returns, except where otherwise specified by Trade Practices legislation.

GIFT VOUCHERS

1. LOULOU gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed via the online store.
2. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
4. LOULOU is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. All prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
2. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, EFT (contact us for bank account details) and Checque (subject to clearance).

SECURITY

1. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using EWAY, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
2. LOULOU does not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database.
3. To help ensure that your shopping experience is simple, safe, and secure we also use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. A padlock at the bottom of your browser indicates that the SSL has been enabled.
4. You will be required to enter Card Security Code (CSC) - also known by Visa as the Card Verification Code and MasterCard as the Card Validation code. This provides further assurance that the card being used on LOULOU online store is in the possession of the buyer at the time of the order being placed on the Site.
